Sneak Preview: Princess and the Frog!

Old School Disney Animation is back! I saw this upcoming Disney release yesterday and I’m happy to report is a great return to the heyday of when 2D animation ruled with movies like Beauty and The Beast, Aladdin and The Lion King. This movie kicks off in Puerto Rico December 10.

Bullock Still Blonde in The Blind Side

Another day, another Warner Brothers movie that might not get release in Puerto Rico. This time around is the inspired by true events film The Blind Side. This movie about a southern couple who have an impact on a young black man’s future stars Sandra Bullock in what looks like an unlikely bid for an Oscar nomination. For that to happen, Bullock (who is actually a very underrated dramatic actress) should have ditched her All About Steve hairdo.
Lets get some dish from Sandy herself and check out the trailer below!

Filmotico Talks to The Wild Things

Ok, ok, so this nano tv spot doesnt count as an interview and apparently I was auditioning for The Wolfman, bu still it’s a preview of my interviews with the cast that I will be posting later on during the week. Do yoursel a favor GO SEE THIS MOVIE!

Is this Love that I'm Feeling?

Is this Love that I'm Feeling?

Filmotico Talks to Esquire’s Sexiest Woman of 2009

Ok, this is when this job gets to be really fun. No I don’t mean wearing a stupid Parka to introduce the interview. I mean getting to talk to one of the nicest, funniest and yes-Smoking Hot Actress working today. Though White Out turned out to be a real turkey, talking to Kate Beckinsale, which I’ve don about six times now, is always enjoyable.

New Interviews!

Well the name of the post is a lie, but here is a TV spot for the cast interviews for The Invention of Lying which originally aired on Anda Pal Cara, Univision Puerto Rico

2012 Sneek Preview!

images
Well it took me a little later than I planned but after doing the 2012 junkett in Los Angeles at the begining of the week I have mostly good things to say about the movie. But let me put my positive reaction in perspective. I HAAAAATE DISASTER MOVIES. Why would anyone get any entertainment value from watching the horrible death of millions of people? But this movie manages to be solid, kinda like an adventure film from the thirties with a lot of heart (that is code for cheese, in case you’re wondering) For those who have no idea what I’m talking about (What does he mean the thirties? There was no CGI back then!) let me put it to you this way: this movie plays like Michael Bay accidentally overdosed on son estrogen pills. And I mean that as a compliment.
After interviewing the cast and the director, I can tell you that Roland Emerich does’nt take himself to seriously, John Cussack takes himslef a little bit too seriously but he’s still fun to talk to and Amanda Peet rocks.
Look for more exclusive coverage next week. Meanwhile tale a look at what Emerich would really like to do to the stae of California!

Informant TV Spot

Here is the film segment that was aired on Univision Puerto Rico when The Informant! opened.
